Positive: Very clean and cozy apartment, big fridge available for guests, microwave, smart tv, washing machine in the bathroom. Quiet area, shop right next to the building, fruit market, bakery right around the corner. Safe neighborhood and very welcoming and sociable owner and staff. Strongly recommend this place
Negative: Slight sewage smell in the bathroom and the little bar on which the shower curtain is hanged on is not very stable in the wall.

Positive: I really liked the location of the property. A few steps away from markets, produce markets, pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants. Everything I could possibly need during my stay was literally just few steps away. So very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and got me everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The janitor is an angel. He checked on me almost daily and was so very helpful. It was my fourth visit to Amman and my first stay on this property. But I will definitely book here again the next time I visit.
Negative: As much as I enjoyed the location of the property and the friendly and helpful staff, I believe that a deep clean of each apartment would be a huge benefit. Also, the showers need more attention.
Summary: It was very enjoyable and very comfortable and I do plan on staying there again. I recommend this property to any future
