Positive: It was a nice surprise to have free ramen supper and the cold pineapple ramen in the hot summer was so refreshing and tasty! Staff were helpful too. Our friend's room was a little stuffy and the staff offered to bring a fan up to their room immediately. They also helped to make reservations for our dinner. Although they spoke minimal English, their service is top-notch!

Negative: Air conditioning can be way cooler.

Positive: The hotel is walking distance to main touristic attractions, convenience stores and restaurants. We went to the sake museum and shrines around the region, and because it has a 24hrs parking, it was just perfect to just walk to places instead of driving. Staff was accommodating and helpful, despite language barriers. The rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable, recommend!
