Summary: My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗

Summary: We love this hotel and stay here frequently for various family visits and functions. This time however (September 12th weekend) we had very uncomfortable mattresses- not sure if they were new or old but we had not had any issues on prior stays. Room 209

Summary: Outstanding experience beautiful remodel. I have one small complaint and that is now you’re charging for overnight self parking. Rochester is not lLA or NY😟 I also would like to suggest to remove the shampoo and soap bottles on the wall in the shower and go back to small personal bottles. I would expect this minimal amenity from the royal park. I would expect the bottles on the wall in the Holiday Inn and not the Royal Park
