Positive: A beautiful setting! The staff were incredibly welcoming, caring and hospitable, going out of their way to make each guest comfortable and seen. Environmental conservation is a top priority in this reserve, with great respect shown to all the fauna and flora. We highly recommend this beautiful place!

Negative: Unfortunately, neither the boat cruise on the river nor the fishing were available as activities due to recent flooding. Game drives offered the usual bushveld regulars but the cats are very limited for a 'big 5' reserve.
