Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium The condo is situated overlooking the 13th hole on Bald Head Island golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full size bathroom located in hall off from the second bedroom.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom furnishings to accommodate your every need.
Enjoy the evening with the family in the spacious living room watching tv or open the sliding glass door to enjoy an evening breeze on one of the balconies.
THE Condo comes Equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island!
* Golf cart (4 passenger) comes with the accommodations
* Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and children’s boogie boards and sand toys

The condo is centrally located on the island and is less than a 5 minute *golf cart ride to the beach, the Bald Head Island marina, restaurants and access to many outdoor activities.

Summary: BHI is stunning, weather was fabulous, an amazing, relaxing time. The 6D condo was first rate--comfy, great location. golf cart was terrific, cannot say enough about how nice it was! We live in Oregon, but we want to come back....and soon.

Summary: My husband and I came to Bald Island for the Badwater Cape Fear Ultra race. We needed a smaller space for just the 2 of us. Royal James was perfect. We used the bikes and the golf cart. We cooked two meals in the kitchen and was able to find everything we needed in there. The condo is just over a mile to the market and a mile and a half to the marina. The location was perfect! We had so much fun that we wished our kids were with us to experience the place! DeAnne was also very good at responding when we had questions.

Summary: The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was provided (as stated in the description) as far as kitchen supplies, towels, etc. It is conveniently located near the market and shops if needed. However, the island isn’t that big so with the provided golf cart and/or bikes, you can get to most places rather quickly. The beach is only a 5 minute golf cart ride. It was the perfect location and size for our family of four!
