Positive: The service was excellent, the host provides a transfer to/from the beach, and supboards with a very good price for rent. The location is very special, birds and brooks around, the beautiful sea and mountain views, good cafe nearby. Rooms were very clean and fresh, with all needed in the kitchen zone. My best recommendation for the families and groups

Positive: The villa owner was very warm and welcoming. The location was excellent, with the soothing sound of a stream and a beautiful mountain view that added to the experience. We were a group of around 14 people – 4 families – and the place was perfectly suited for us. Despite the number, it never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The outdoor space was great for gatherings, and we really enjoyed using the barbecue. For those who love a mix of nature – forest, mountains, rivers, and even the sea – this is an ideal spot. There are plenty of leisure options nearby, including casinos, clubs, and more. Another highlight is the proximity to the Turkish border, which means you get both Georgian and Turkish cultural flavors – from food and restaurants to Turkish shops. We especially enjoyed the local markets in Batumi, full of fresh fruits, vegetables, wine, and even a fish market. It was a real treat!

Negative: The internet speed was noticeably slower than what we're used to in Western Europe, though it might be acceptable for other regions. However, we bought an unlimited tourist SIM package upon arrival in Georgia, which was excellent value—around €5 for 15 days. Also, keep in mind that the villa is about 1 km off the main road via a steep mountain slope, which can be challenging without a car, especially if you're walking uphill at night. There are no large supermarkets nearby, and while there are small local shops about a kilometer away that are fine for essentials, having a car is definitely recommended. Fortunately, the villa owner offered to help get anything we needed, which was very thoughtful. We had rented a car, so it wasn’t a problem for us.
