Summary: Owners of the hotel are very nice, and we wanted to like the room very much. The room was clean, the sheets were clean and ironed, the toilet room was clean, however the bathroom (although also visibly clean) had a terrible septic smell mixed with mold smell. When I looked up, the seam along the ceiling as well as some parts of the wall had what appeared to be a black mold. The room simply needs a thorough cleaning and renovation. I will not go back to this hotel.

Summary: If you have limited ability this is not a suitable venue, no entrance was level and we needed assistance to enter and exit the property my wife felt upset by it all. The manageress was extremely good but the hotel needs to make adjustments. The photo on Expedia was most misleading and will be very wary about future bookings

Summary: We loved everything about this hotel but the staff was what made it the best hotel we have stayed at so far. They were absolutely wonderful and the service at breakfast was amazing. If you book this hotel, definitely get the breakfast! This place will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Summary: Very nice and quiet, spacious, extremely clean and very nice and friendly staff. Just 15 minutes away from palace by walk. Few minutes away from train station. Awesome experience

Summary: Phillipe the receptionist was very informative. Told us of 2 local restaurants, we tried both and they were excellent. He was very helpful and gave us a map of the area to use. All round person you need on the front desk. Very close to the Palace of Versailles. Close to local bakeries for breakfast.

Summary: This was the perfect stay, we could not have picked a better hotel in Versailles. The bedroom and bathroom were impeccably clean, the lobby was clean and cozy, the staff spoke English and were so helpful and nice. The train station is a 5 minute walk and the C train runs to Paris every 10 minutes. There are so many restaurants and patisseries in the area, the area felt very safe even at night. The palace was a 10 minute walk through a very cute park. The only thing I would have changed would be a more comfortable bed. The bed was very stiff, it was like sleeping on a stone slab with sheets. Other than that, everything was a 10/10 for us. If we make it back to France we'll be staying here again.
