Positive: The location is fantastic, with a view to match. Decor is very nice and the beds are very comfortable.

Negative: Toilet in the kitchen without a wash basin. The shower room/ bathroom does not have an additional toilet.

Positive: The location was excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the Palace, and also one of the main public transport hubs. Two alternative stations are also within walking distance.

Negative: The check-in instructions weee pretty good, but there were a couple of steps that are easy to misunderstand. But that should not detract from the fact that it is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location.

Negative: - parking space was small - but safe behind locked gates. - apartment toilet too close to kitchen & too far from bathroom. They should modify the bathroom to include a toilet. It is big enough. - drain in shower very smelly. It might be a French ‘thing’. Previous apartment had a cap over the drain you placed after your shower, so in this apartment I placed a Tupperware bowl over the shower drain & in the morning moved it when showering. Smell decreased 90%.

Positive: This is an exceptional location with a gorgeous view over the kitchen gardens to the palace with the palace visible in the distance. The flat is lovely and had everything we could possibly need including a huge TV for family movie night after a long day of sightseeing.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: A really fabulous, comfortable and well-equipped base for exploring Versailles.

Negative: We came in august and it was very warm, we only had two fans for the three rooms. Without a fan it was very warm to sleep.
