Royal Estate Manors is the LEFT side of our duplex. You can reserve one home or both, if available. Whenever I design a home I pour myself into it. I created it with what I would want in my own home. As usual I went over the top! This home is created with a lot of hard work, imagination and lots of love. You may not want to leave. Be our guest and be enchanted!
We are centrally located so you are minutes away from Universities, Hospitals, Downtown, parks, shopping, Churches , Dyess Air Force Base and restaurants. Sayles BLVD is known for it's beauty and history.
The whole house and the side patio and yard are yours. The backyard and grill are shared between you and guests at Royal Estate Manors #2. The driveway is also exclusively yours. The back parking area is a shared space . There is patio furniture under a gazebo for your comfort. There's Bluetooth in the bathroom that you can connect to with an LED mirror that has different light modes. I have available coffee with the cream and sugar. Bottled waters are in the fridge. Feel free to do your laundry. Detergent is supplied. There's also a clothes steamer. The T.V.'s have Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and other apps for your entertainment. The kitchen is available to prepare meals with basic necessities if you feel like staying in. I have supplied a Belgian waffle maker, waffle mix, oil, butter and syrup for breakfast. Bon appetite!

We're located on beautiful historic Sayles BLVD directly across the street from McMurray University. We're centrally located so we're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, Churches, parks, hospitals, ACU, HSU and Dyess Air Force Base.
We're located on a busy boulevard but free parking is available. HEB, restaurants, parks and shopping are walking distance.
The second bedroom is accessed through the primary bedroom or can be accessed from the back door.

Summary: Very comfortable and clean. Great location across the street from McMurry university. The bathroom is a little tight and some of the small rugs don't work well so we moved them out of the way. The decorations are a little over the top!

Summary: We were surprised when we walked in to this house, very clean, very different. The way it was decorated was very cool, way different than most, the owner did a great job, we loved it!

Summary: The girls in our group loved the house and how eclectic it was! It suited our family of 5 perfectly. Bathroom was small but we made it work. Communication with the host was great, they were super kind to personalize the environment for us when we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great living area/kitchen with a lot of character. Bathroom is modern but small with not much space to place things or hang towels so make sure you take towels in with you. Back bedroom is the only bedroom with privacy. You have to pass through 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom, back yard or to the back bedroom.

Summary: We were in town for a High School football game. This property was perfect for our needs and my wife and daughter LOVED the decor and theme of the home! It was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Abilene.
