Positive: the host gave very clear instructions on location and entry to the home. the floorplan of the property is very cozy and the host decorated everything to be very comfortable and welcoming. Off street parking is allowed; pet friendly a huge plus; there is a giant fenced backyard for the pooch to roam. despite being an old house, everything technical worked wonderfully -- a full size washer and dryer in a room with proper venting; the HVAC worked well and sufficiently heated the home; the water was hot and very good water pressure.

Negative: don't change a thing. everything was perfect.

Positive: The house was comfy and cozy! The layout was a little unusual but still seem to flow nicely. All in all we were very pleased with the home and our stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive! Would definitely recommend!

Negative: The beds were comfortable but small but we managed. The shower head in the bathroom upstairs seems to be leaking and was spraying out everywhere getting things soaked! Things that can easily be fixed. Not a deal breaker.

Positive: All of the rooms were cute and cozy. The backyard was lovely and they offered a lot of amenities! Loved the front porch swing and had so much fun hanging out with friends there. Everything is only a 10 to 15 drive from there. The hosts and neighbors were so friendly!

Negative: Everything was perfect for a getaway with friends!

Positive: Cute little house. We had everything we needed for making breakfast which was the only meal we planned to cook. The back yard is great. I loved the gazebo but I was too cold for us to sit out there. My dogs did enjoy the yard.

Negative: The beds are small. I’m used to a king and there were only queen and full size beds. I’m also used to a really good mattress. This by no means is a deal breaker. I will stay here again.

Summary: Great little house. Nice back yard for dogs. Nice gazebo for nice weather days.
