The Space:
You will love your stay in this exceptional, modern home which enjoys stunning views and all-day sun from its elevated location. Meander through the tropical gardens and down the coastal track right down to the water's edge or take a high-tide swim at pristine Okoka (Dead Dog) Bay which is a well-kept Waiheke secret.
Royal Blue is equipped with conveniences you will need for a relaxing stay. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is great for entertaining, and flows directly to outdoor BBQ, patio and lawn areas.
The private master bedroom has a king bed, large wardrobe and full-sized ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two king-singles which can be made up into a double (upon request). A separate TV room is a great space for the kids to hang out, while the adults relax. Alternatively, the room can be made up as a fourth bedroom with a fold-out double sofa bed (upon request).
Plenty of convenient, off-street parking is provided adjacent to the house, and provides for level-entry.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request).
Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and early January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.

The home is centrally located between popular Palm Beach and the world-renowned white sands of Onetangi. Also close to the golf club as well as the sports park where you can enjoy the tennis, playing field and mountain bike facilities. Explore local vineyards, olive groves, art and sculpture galleries and restaurants, and the network of coastal bush walking tracks around Te Whau Peninsula. Boat launching facilities are a 5 minute drive away at Rocky Bay, which is also a great fishing spot. There are plenty of activities to suit all tastes.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
