Positive: Very easy, we were greated with a VIP checkin in a seperate area to the main reception with welcome drinks, just perfect after a long flight. The 2 bed villa was superbly set up for a family of four and the we were very well looked after on a daily basis by the team. Vinny made himself known to us on day one and he could not have done enough for us during the full stay, he and the team were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Id highly recommend this hotel for its location to the beautiful beach, the hotel facilities and for the ease of gettingh in and out of Hoi An town

Positive: When we arrived, we have had a warm welcome from Brian, the Villas manager who upgraded us from a 2-bedroom villa with a garden view to a 3-bedroom villa with ocean view ! Brian look after us throughout our stay. The villa was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The staff was very polite and made everthing they can to make our stay an unforgettable experience. We definitely would love to go back in this great property.

Positive: Gorgeous beachfront villa, sound and view of the sea from your bedroom, beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great pool for cooling off, short walk to breakfast and beach.

Negative: We loved it all but just to make families with very young kids aware the bedrooms aren’t connected, they’re more like individual hotel rooms within your villa building, so maybe not great for families with very young children. We had an 18 and 15 year old so was perfect for us!

Positive: Loved the villa, the private pool, the location, the breakfast, the general standing of the hotel…

Negative: Unfortunately the service was just not at the same level as the property. We tried to arrange a transfer without success, our villa was being prepared for the next family while we were still in it and it started at 8am, the water in the private pool had a smell, the sun beds at the beach were always occupied while there was no one actually on them…

Positive: We booked a villa which was amazing. It had its own pool and free mini bar. It was fantastic All the staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough to help us. Always polite, smiling and helpful. The location was also brilliant only £3 on a grab to into Hoi An

Negative: It’s quite a big family resort so there are a lot of children there but they stayed in rooms and we were in our own villa so it wasn’t a problem

Positive: Such a great place. Booked a villa that looked amazing - better than on any image in booking :-)

Negative: It’s more about the guests: I think it is time to ban mobile phones from breakfast and dinner. Really annoying if it beeps and blinks every 20 seconds. And having 3 year old children silenced at breakfast at such a great place by putting them in front of a 13” tablet is really not a good sign for the society. I know the challenge having a 13 year old boy… However, maybe it’s time to extend non-smoking areas by non-mobiles areas.
