Positive: The house was in a perfect location, easy access to the surrounding areas. We enjoyed the fact that there were no TVs in the room when you go to lay down you just go to rest. The kitchen was nicely, equipped, and clean. I like that any questions that we had for the host they were quick to respond and help solve any issues. I could not have gotten that service within a hotel. Our stay was absolutely amazing.

Negative: We did have a hiccup in the first bedroom but due to our stay being so wonderful, I would let the host know that privately. Because this is the house that I would book again when I came to town.

Summary: The host are great, and this house was an incredible value for the money! I would stay there again.

Positive: The house and location are wonderful. It is just a short drive to stores and restaurants in one direction and the beautiful bay in the other. The house itself is outstanding: beautiful, big, comfortable, clean, large comfortable rooms, nice kitchen and deck, and a beautiful area.

Negative: We experienced a little problem with the furnace, but it was just “one of those things” that can happen in life. The building managers and especially the landlord couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful to mitigate the effects of the “hiccup” with the heat.

Summary: Wonderful. Hope to come back soon❤️

Positive: Breakfast not applicable. Location was very good for our visit in terms of driving around Lakewood and Tacoma. House was very clean and roomy. Great for hosting family for visits and overnight stays.

Negative: We ran short of toile toilet paper and paper towels but picked up some nearby.
