Positive: Ease of check in. They offered lemon water while checking in.

Negative: The room was really used. There was old trash under the bed. My wife lifted the protective sheet and there were old remnants of particles left by previous customers. the toilet wouldn't flush. I asked for a plunger, and room service brought one really quick, that was a positive.

Summary: We needed a place to stay the night; the Ms' will not let me book there again.

Positive: Elevator was in need of repair. I thought we might get stuck on it a couple different times. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of normal size plates, no peanut butter for waffles, only one kind of waffles, food on the floor, bacon was good but very greasy. Front desk staff was very friendly, great location if you are attending Coleman theater for anything. For a quick stay, it wasnt too bad. Beds are comfortable
