Summary: Enjoyed as usual. Only problem as usual was the shower. Shower head old and clogged, bath mat like standing on pebbles, no where place shampoo etc and this time the next room ac unit was so loud had to plug ears.

Summary: Some of the nicest people in the hotel and the restaurant and Casino....who ever is in charge of the overall operation is doing a great job. It really helps if the people who hire for a place like the River Bend Casino and Hotel hire good people to start with and then train them well. Kudos to all. I lost a little bit of money in the casino but had a good time anyway. We had some good food from the main restaurant and the desk people were efficient and helpful. We go to Vegas fairly often and River Bend was as good or better than most of the 5 star rated ones. Thank you and will try to make it back. Dennis and Linda Plummer

Summary: We had a great time here. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the staff was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: At first glance, the room was great. Large. Appeared to be clean. Then the gremlins appeared. There's no mini-fridge. The walls are incredibly thin. I haven't been able to hear my neighbors that clearly in a long, long time. The toilet doesn't have soft close, which caught me by surprise. Apparently, it caught our neighbors by surprise, too. We heard a bang, then oh crap! Heard them talking, their TV. Thank goodness they were well behaved. We were at the front of the hotel on the thrid floor near the entrance. Could hear every car come and go. My wife went to make coffee the first morning. It was disgusting! Someone had put coffee grounds where the water goes, so it was caked to the container. Apparently, either the cleaning staff doesn't clean it or they don't care. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, but my wife liked it. The pillows were really soft, which I liked but my wife didn't. LOL Bathroom at first glance was nice. But, instead of nice tile in the shower, it was simply a cheap insert. Twin Bridges was awesome, as was the deli. All-in-all, the hotel was incredibly disappointing, the restaurants and casino were great.

Summary: The only thing missing was a refrigerator but we found out you can ask for one. We didn’t know that till we checked out. Room was great and quiet. Very clean and walk in shower.
