Summary: I was pleasantly surprised reading “Life does not have to be perfect to be Wonderfull” in a particular room only to find ironically, the owner is a perfectionist in the way he both designed and presented his property. We had an amazing one week stay and the only reason l don’t get into details is “where would l start?” In short, it was perfect for my wife and l, my daughter, her husband and our baby granddaughter. Thank you.

Summary: I stayed for 5 weeks and totally enjoyed it. The bus stop if needed is just around the corner. I met some lovely neighbours and i would most definitly recommend others to stay here. Gregory is a great host and communication is easy. If i'm coming back to mount martha i will stay here again.

Summary: Really good place to stay! Perfect for a family of 4-6.The bedding is excellent and the appliances are easy to use.The house has all sorts of devices and board games to keep you entertained as well as a verandah looking over Port Phillip Bay.I would highly recommend this to people who have a medium to large family and looking for a quality place to stay without spending that much.Overall a excellent house with all that you need.

Summary: This house has everything you could need for your stay on the Mornington Peninsula. Gregory and Mary were so easy to deal with and the place was exactly as described. We stayed for 8 nights and the children didn’t want to come home to Brisbane. The property was very clean and well equipped. The only addition that wouldn’t go astray would be a screen door or a few screens so you don’t have to always have the air conditioner on when warmer to let the lovely breeze in! We will definitely return when visiting our family at Mount Martha.
