Summary: Got food poisoning during my stay (NOT from hotel food, it was local seared red tuna) and the staff took great care of me. They have an onsite pharmacist that took great care of me. Thanks again to this hotel and their wonderful staff!

Summary: Wow this was a very fancy hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and super clean. The view was also gorgeous, especially at night! The gym was also fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Iza. A bit pricey but worth it.

Summary: Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality.
