Positive: The location for someone needing to stay near the east end of Bermuda but not all the way out in St. George is terrific and the views are spectacular. The golf course this time of year is lush as opposed to dried and brown as is sometimes the case in the high season. A free golf cart that comes with the room makes getting around the expansive property a breeze, and necessary for easy access to all the restaurants. The breakfast may be the best on the island.

Negative: The suite we stayed in was very spacious but not as thoughtfully appointed as this property deserves. It was almost as if it were made for show more than comfort and functionality. There was for example, no desk, even though clearly a niche in the bedroom with a quad outlet and a phone jack cried out for one. Two large closets in the living room had no appointments or fixtures whatsoever. We asked for a desk or small working table to be brought in but that was apparently not possible. I should have brought it to the attention of the general manager but didn't have the time. The functional staff that interacts with the guests by contrast, was warm, welcoming and helpful.

Summary: The most spectacular property in Bermuda in need of some thoughtful management attention

Positive: Beautiful. Everything was very assessable. Restaurants were excellent. Loved having access to a golf cart anytime we wanted it.
