Summary: My 4 daughters and their friends spent a relaxing weekend here. The house is well stocked with quality items. The property manager is extremely easy to work with and the check in/check out process is a breeze. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the small pool on the rainy days. We loved all the porches and comfortable beds and furniture.

Summary: Cottage is wonderfully laid out, plenty of open space to be together as a group, as well as well appointed bedrooms to get away and rest. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained with nice lighting and plenty of natural light. We loved the courtyard with fireplace and heated plunge pool, as well. Communication was wonderful and quick response to any questions asked via text. Also, a great quiet and convenient location in Rosemary. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were a group of four 60 something couples and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the outdoor space was fantastic. we turned the outdoor fireplace on every evening for hours of conversation. the house had ample room and every couple had their own private bath as well as their own private balconey.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is a great house...very functional, good gathering area downstairs and really strong outdoor area with pool, seating and a grill. We cooked some, and the kitchen was well outfitted. The house itself was top notch and I'd stay there again. If the management will pick up the level of housekeeping, this will be a 5-star. And I am thinking that perhaps the things out of place for us initially were hopefully not an issue for anyone else.

Summary: 3 families with older teens stayed here and was perfect. Great spaces with plenty of seating indoor and out, and great bedrooms. Nice large kitchen and carriage house and decorated nicely. Porches everywhere, huge outdoor fireplace, which would be nice in cooler months. So nice that it came with bikes. Would like a better microwave and wish the pool were a bit bigger since there is so much outdoor space, but those are minor. Had an issue with hot water heater alarming during a storm in middle of the night, and management responded immediately. All three families agreed that we would stay here again and loved the house.
