Our charming condo is located on the 2nd floor of building D in the resort complex The Village, only minutes away from the beach. The Village is nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach in 30A. Perfect for couples coming to the area for reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. There are many unique shops and local restaurants within walking distance.
Our unit is in Building D on the 2nd floor and our home is outfitted with a plush king bed and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

Summary: Before arriving it was hard to talk to anyone. The air conditioning was leaking right in front of our doorway. The room was not clean when we arrived. It was dirty. The door frame was broken and the door was hard to shut and open. And the water in the shower and the sink backed up every time we turned it on.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as described on the website. My husband and I were in town for an afternoon wedding, and the owner allowed us to check in early in order to get ready after traveling. The location is so convenient to everything in the Rosemary area. It was a perfect amount of space for the time we were there, clean, and quiet! It was a great find!
