Summary: Rosebay cottage was a great place to stay for 2 weeks on St John. We loved the outdoor area and we had a perfect spot to watch the sunset every night. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again.

Summary: We enjoyed our week at Rosebay. Nice cottage, very clean, kitchen and shower are great. Bed very comfortable. Great view from the balcony. I would make one observation, however. The only reason my rating is not a five star is that the sitting furniture in the living area is extremely uncomfortable. The couch and chair in the living room and the dining room chairs are just tough to sit in for any amount of time. Replace those and the place is perfect! Also, the property does require a bit of a climb from driveway to the door of the cottage. It’s just where it sits in the topography of St. John. No problem for us, bit for guests with any mobility challenges, it would be difficult.

Summary: Amazing. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The place was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the location was excellent! We would highly recommend this property for any couple looking for an amazing experience on the island.

Summary: Lovely 1 bedroom with full kitchen, great views of the bay and sunsets. Wrap around deck with a small hot tub. Not far from town but very private location. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: This is a newly remodeled unit, one of four on the property. They are situated so you have good privacy. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and being able to do laundry is a huge plus. The deck has a great view and sunsets are super from this location. Highly recommend.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at Rosebay, is fit our requirements perfectly, and was very please with proximity to Cruse Bay, but still proving us with a sence of privacy and views to the ocean. Kitchen had all of our requirements to cook at home.

Summary: This villa is even better then the photos and description states! Eric a driver for Destinations Saint John picked us up at the ferry docks, helped us with our bags, stopped by the grocery store so we could provision a bit and gave us Island advice-best beaches-restaurants etc…Very nice and helpful! Rosebay villa greeted us with a very clean-wonderful feel with even a welcome bag full of goodies! The few times we called the management company they answered right away-were very helpful and courteous! The views are breathtaking-location is great and villa is completed in a fabulous flow and detail!!
