Positive: Amazing room, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Lots of room as well. Price very reasonable and the location is a convenient 15-20 min uber from the French Quarter. Peter and Ruby are excellent hosts, and the breakfast was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Negative: There were no negatives, especially considering the price range, it was a perfect stay.

Summary: Amazing hosts, very nice room, great value for money

Positive: This was my fourth year in a row. The comfort and cleanliness of my room can’t be beat. Love meeting in the morning at the breakfast table with the other guests. I look forward to coffee on the patio chatting with host Peter. I come for Jazzfest but can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Peter and Ruby are so welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to next year!

Negative: There is absolutely nothing that I don’t like.

Positive: Everything was perfect.The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good . The room is very comfortable The location is great, outside the city center, but easily accessible by public transport and by car. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back.

Positive: Rose Manor is a delightful home from 1908 that was converted into a B&B. Peter and Ruby, the hosts, have furnished and decorated it with a remarkable collection of quality antiques and mementoes. The rooms and common areas have a comfortable, calming feel. If you want to relax after an active day in the Big Easy, this is your place. Lake Pontchartrain and restaurants for lunch and dinner are within walking distance. Peter and Ruby are wonderful hosts and helped us resolve a challenging schedule issue.

Positive: The hosts, Peter and Ruby, are what I liked most. So friendly and welcoming. My room was so nice, and I slept better than at home! I really enjoyed meeting at the breakfast table to chat with others that were there. And have made some wonderful friends. I would recommend this place to anyone! Loved it!!

Negative: There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Summary: This was my third year in a row staying here and I can’t wait to make it 4!
