Positive: The room was decent and comfortable heating and airconditioning and bathroom came with a spacious shower cabin with hot water 24/7. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets and a 24-hr McDonald's 8 minutes walking distance along No.3 Road, where one can conveniently grab a quick breakfast or late night snack any time.

Negative: On rainy nights, chances of accidents and emergencies are higher. Emergency services vehicles with very loud sirens and horns travelling along No.3 Road can suddenly shake you up in the middle of the night. I experienced this 3 nights in a row -- at 2.30am, 3.30am and 12.00am during my stay.

Positive: Almost everything. Too bad we didn’t have much time to appreciate James’ beautiful Rose Garden.

Negative: Nothing, except it would be nice to have some microwaveable tableware.

Positive: Location was great. I was able to get to the chinese restaurants easily and was able reach the Vancouver Internation Airport within 15 minutes. Quietness and safe neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with fridge, stove, washer, coffee maker and dryer. We only used the fridge.

Negative: Bathroom towels were not appealing. We used our own towels.

Summary: Quiet, pleasant and very nice to stay. The price was reasonable.
