Summary: The Rose Farm Inn is a lovely, quaint,cozy hotel and we appreciated the charm but we weren't thrilled with the fact that there was no ice machine on site. We also weren't too happy to have to walk to another site to check in and we had to walk back to that building for a bucket of ice but the staff was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable..

Summary: Check-in was easy and efficient. Diana is a very helpful innkeeper, she went extra distance to send us an item that we left behind in our room. We truly enjoyed quiet serenity of the island on the closing weekend of the season. Hope to return sooner rather than later.

Summary: I booked this trip as a 31st anniversary celebration for my husband and I. Rose Farm Inn is about a mile or so from the ferry landing, far enough away that it feels like you are in the countryside, but close enough to walk downtown. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated in a Victorian theme. The inn is sandwiched in between two excellent restaurant choices for dinner, The Atlantic Inn and The Spring House. I loved the fact that breakfast is included and guests were friendly to talk to. We even received an anniversary card from the staff, who are very responsive to all needs. I highly reccommend a stay here.
