Positive: Pleasant flat located a few miles outside Blairgowrie. House is pleasantly and comfortably furnished.

Negative: Located on a working farm and as a result access is along a steep road, with little tarmac. Unsuitable for cars with low ground clearance or rear wheel drive. While the house is nicely decorated, the sofa is very low and if you suffer from any sort of mobility issues it would be unusable.

Summary: Nice stay, but only if you have the right car
