Summary: We had a nice stay at this property, good location for where we wanted to go out everyday, nice and quiet area and off road parking. The property had everything that we needed, clean and tidy, kitchen amenities were all there if required. We treated the property as we would our own home.

Summary: This is the third time we have stayed at Lawrence and Eileen's property and it is our first choice when visiting family. The bungalow is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Lowestoft's major roads. The property is always very clean with all you need for a comfortable stay. We are grateful to Lawrence and Eileen for being accommodating with our late arrivals.

Summary: Well equipped property with easy access by car to explore interesting places. Quite comfortable except large sofa was uncomfortable & needs to be replaced. Very informative from the owners on our arrival.

Summary: We have just returned home from a week stay in Rose bungalow . We were welcomed at the door by the lovely hosts Eileen & Lawrence just after 3pm. and shown around everything and how it all works ,very good WiFi . The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and everything was spotless,including milk and biscuits in the fridge. Plenty of towels to use in the airing cupboard ,only the 2 of us stayed but all the beds were made up which was handy as our 4yr old grandson came for a sleepover (we did check first if this was ok) I suffer with my back but I found the beds to be comfy. The bungalow is set in a quiet location with a driveway . It is the perfection location to visit the Suffolk and Norfolk Broads and coast . We would highly recommend these hosts and Rose bungalow. Thank you Lawrence & Eileen for making our stay at your bungalow so enjoyable.

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday in the Rose Bungalow in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft. We had everything we needed and more in this lovely little bungalow, set in a really quiet neighbourhood. It is ideally placed to visit the Suffolk and Norfolk Coast and the Broads. We hadn't realised that we'd need to arrive AT 3 pm instead of FROM 3 pm, which was a shame because we couldn't have a full day out on the way, but it was lovely to be met by the lovely owners and shown round. Prior to arriving there was some confusion about the WiFi because on the advertising spec it said there was WiFi but on the booking confirmation email it said there was no wifi. However, Eileen clarified that there was WiFi which was a huge relief to our teenager! There definitely is very good WiFi which we all used. There is practically everything you could possibly need in the kitchen cupboards, which was great. Everything was spotlessly clean and hygienic. The beds were really comfortable, too. We'd highly recommend this property to a small family or group of 4 people if two share a bed. The garden is secluded and safe for children and the visiting cat was an added bonus to our teenager - it visited us when we had breakfast in the garden! Thank you both very much.

Summary: A nice tidy and clean bungalow in a quiet, pleasant location about 3/4 mile from sea by foot when you find the short cut. Car journey 5 mins to pake field beach. Good base to tour from. Would stay again.

Summary: Nothing wrong with the property. Had everything we needed. The one big problem was comfort. The lounge sofas are absolutely passed their sell by date and this requires some new ones. The larger of the two ,we were unable to sit on. The cushions are sunk into the base leaving the wooden frame under your legs. We both had to suffer the smaller one which was not much better. It badly needs addressing. We would definitely stay there again if the couches were repaired or replaced.
