Our Villa overlooks the bay of Roses and it is located in a small residential village 7 minutes away from downtown Roses its beaches, entertainment, restaurants.
Very modern, the 150 m2 air-conditioned villa is surrounded by a wooded parkland, fenced in and maintained by a gardener
South oriented, facing the sea and the terraces. the open-plan kitchen (with a dining room in the patio) is very well equipped and opens to the terraces that have garden table and chairs.

Summary: This has been an amazing experience through and through, the house is exactly as pictured and MORE. Perfectly functional, comfortable and gorgeous. Filled with incredible details to make your stay memorable. Our hosts Richard and his mom, made everything in their power to make us feel at home while keeping our privacy intact. Would go back in a second, we all loved it and felt welcomed here. Can only recommend. The area is beautiful, so much to do in this corner of Spain, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Summary: Just returned from a lovely holiday in this superb villa. The owner Richard, his wife and his mother greeted us on our day of arrival to show us around. They were very friendly and welcoming. The villa was spotless. It is in a nice quiet location. We had a very relaxing holiday only visiting a couple of places. Roses is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and shops in the back streets and also a nice beach. Empuriabrava was also a nice place to visit along with a boat hire around the water village. Would highly recommend this place.

Summary: The villa was hard to find on our first day, we should have headed for Palau Selvedera instead of looking for Pau as it isn't on the signposts but the owners mum came and met us at Lidel and it was actually very easy to find and had we had sat nav it wouldn't have been a problem. Marina showed us around (she only speaks Spanish or French) and my daughter interpreted for us. Everything inside was homely, and in good condition but it's the outside that makes this property, the outdoor kitchen/barbi area is wonderful but we didn't put it to much use due to the extreme heat and there not being a fan in that area made it unbearable at times! The pool area at this property is outstanding but there isn't any shade. Overall this villa is nicely situated for exploring the area, you definitely need a car. We personally didn't like Roses town and spent more time in Empuriabrava as there was more choice for restaurants etc the beaches however, were lovely but stay away from where the town is. The only things I would add to this villa to make it more comfortable for guests is 1. Hairdryer, 2. Umbrella's around the pool, 3. Fan in the outside kitchen and 4. Air con in all the bedrooms.
