Summary: Great stay nice room view all good.

Summary: This more of a motel than a resort. They use a “virtual front desk” which is completely useless due to lack of cell signal in the area. Overall, medium quality and the customer service poor. I wouldn’t go back.

Summary: Great location, with a nice balcony and view. Bed was ok, but pillows were not. We would have appreciated some direction on where the hotel room was. It’s located nearby the hotel mansion but there was no one to instruct us where to go and no message that the room was in a different location under the name Bayside Inn.

Summary: While the views were great, the bed was lumpy. There wasn’t any soap in the dispenser. There was a group smoking pot on the property, we couldn’t open the doors and the place for humid as a result of that. The reception is 100% remote and hence there wasn’t any regulations although it was a smoke free property.

Summary: Wondering property with a stunning view. Our room 1316 was amazing. The problem was that there were zero instructions for the lovely fire place, and I was not able to get it running. They do not staff this property after hours. I texted and then called the number of the texting help. The customer service was a nice person located in the country of India. I called the first time at 6:33 pm and we never did get any help from a real person on site. The texting and my calls to customer support went on for almost 2 hours. It was cold and cloudy and we really wanted to enjoy the fire, in this wonderful room. So the property was wonderful. The service people in India were nice. But if you need someone to do anything on site, it appears that this is not possible after hours currently.

Summary: The property was lovely. I did not know that the Mansion and pool were not accessible. Our room had plenty of space and very beautiful.

Summary: Fun stay at Rosario. Took the whale watching tour with outer island excursions. Captain Jarvis was the best! Saw 3 pods of orca whales.

Summary: Relaxing stay. Bird song, sunsets viewed from a bluff, harbor seals. Very close proximity to Moran State Park. Room was clean and comfortable with a small patio looking out on the bay.
