Positive: Lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Hosts very friendly, place very clean with a beautiful summer house and pond full of huge healthy happy fish and well maintained gardens. Comfy room and very comfy bed. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Would gladly stay here again if we are down this way.10/10.

Summary: If you are down Norfolk way and you want a luxury place for a night or two THIS IS IT!

Positive: We had a lovely week at Roper Bungalow the room was lovely and spacious. Jackie made us a lovely vegan breakfast it was plentiful and set us up for the day. She put a small flask with some oat milk in our room every day. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was excellent. Jackie was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble.

Positive: Beautifully maintained property, set in stunning rural location. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and the warmest of welcomes from the owners.

Negative: We could not find any fault with this property. It was immaculate and met all our expectations, having been highly recommended by our daughter, who has stayed there more than once in the past.

Positive: Excellent breakfast cooked to our choice everyday. Probable the best bed and breakfast we have stayed at. Wonderful hosts great location. Super summerhouse overlooking fields to watch the sunset.

Positive: Quaint and comfortable ensuite room in a classic British B&B. Quiet and peaceful in a lovely location close to Holt and the Norfolk coast. Jacquie was a friendly host, and the home cooked breakfast was delicious using local ingredients and eggs from her family farm. Perfect for a stay while exploring the local area, especially if you are spending large chunks of the day out of the house and for dinner. We recommend using this as a comfortable overnight room where you spend the majority of the day out and about - this is what we did and it worked perfectly.
