Known as the "Lemon Capital of the World," Chula Vista is a great place to get lemons, shop at markets, discover local eateries, and have fun at family-friendly attractions. Break out your beach gear and hit the waves parasailing, surfing, boating, fishing, snorkeling, and every other waterfront sport.
The space
Inside you'll be welcomed by a homey and eclectic interior, with lots of fun colors and plenty of places to sit and relax. The couch was made for lounging about and watching movies on the TV. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all open and adjacent to each other so that no conversations will be missed. The chef of your group will love cooking in the updated and gorgeous full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you could ever want. It'll be hard to choose where to lay your head with three cozy bedrooms and soft beds, but you'll get a great night's rest to prepare for the next day's activities. We have 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There's a dedicated office workspace for those who need to stay connected and a comfortable back patio with a firepit for s'mores and ghost stories.

Summary: Difficult to get in building, no lights. Floors were very dirty, looked good, but weren’t clean. Need lamp lighting in living room. Patio nice. Shower heads were not good. Beds and bedding were good. Might think about coming back! Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this property. House is comfortable and well stocked with basic needs. Communication was excellent! Overall cleanliness was good, but if I could make a suggestion, the couch should be vacuumed after each stay being the type of material it is and floors should be mopped with better quality equipment and product. To the eye walking in floors looked cleaned, but after walking around barefooted, our feet were pretty dirty. That being said, I am very particular with cleanliness. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

Summary: This house was located in a perfect spot so I could assist my daughter and her family with the care of my grandson while waiting for grandbaby #2. Close to downtown Chula Vista it all the things that were needed. Beds extremely comfy. Neighborhood quiet with nice backyard space. Freeways close by for access to downtown San Diego or any attraction in San Diego.

Summary: Very comfortable, good location, nice yard, convenient parking either driveway or garage. Large, open floor plan - well stocked kitchen. There are also a lot of supplies for young kids - like high chair, pack n play, etc. Oana was a great communicator too! Will definitely check availability the next time we go to Chula Vista.
