Positive: Ms Lesley in the reception was lovely. We were able to check in earlier & the hotel even offered to have my parcel delivered to their hotel. Excellent service. The apartment is spacey & has a modern touch. Very good area to stay in. Loved it!

Negative: Theres no daily cleaning, but we only stayed two nights which was ok

Positive: Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed with conveniences and amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The roof deck was a nice touch. And the location cannot be beat, especially for this price.

Negative: The only downside was the gym. It’s not at all what is shown in the photo, has no free weights and is full of very random and ineffective equipment that feels like it was all bought secondhand during the pandemic.

Positive: Perfect place in the city center, we never used public transport as it is close to both eastern and wetern side of the city. Fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare breakfast or dinner. Big shower, big bed, great tv, helpful staff. I really enjoyed this apartment.
