Summary: I made a phone call to front desk 4min before closing for a extra bed in the room. She replied now? Lol I felt bad because it was 4min before front desk closed but the beds I picked was just not going to work for my kids. Front desk dropped off the bed in a timely manner and she was nice about it. Service was great.

Summary: The Roosevelt Hotel was a good stay. Convenient to everything. The people at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast was good. I will say that the floors in our room could have been cleaner. The beds were comfortable. We were on the outside because it was a handicap accessible room, which was okay, but you here the cars pull up, the blinds did allow the porch lights to come through the sides, which made us think it was earlier then it was. You could here when everyone came in for breakfast (thankfully we are early risers)Otherwise a good stay, we would probably stay again, just prefer a room on upper floor.

Summary: Hotel staff was super helpful. Didn't realize we had to check in by a certain time. She called and made sure we had what we needed to check in after hours. Room Was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Great place to stay. It's been updated, but still holds the old charm. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We loved the sitting area. The breakfast was great, and had great selections. We would definitely stay again.
