Positive: A pleasant apartment in a great location — there are plenty of restaurants, fast-food places, and shops nearby. Public transport is not far away (the nearest metro station in one direction was temporarily closed during our stay, but hopefully that will change soon; the metro in the other direction was running normally). The host responded quickly to messages, and the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It had all the essentials — dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. We stayed there during the Berlin Marathon, and everything was great.
Negative: A small downside was that there was no pot for cooking — I had to make pasta in a frying pan :-D
Summary: Perfect spot for exploring Berlin

Positive: Not a lot
Negative: The owner wrote in booking that there was free parking on the street but not a single space was ever available. Instead, they had the option of giving us paid parking for €20 per night which did not appear in the booking ad, which I don't think is incorrect. The zone is not very good. The public transport is faraway
