Positive: The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it also got cleaned every day of our stay. We had all the things we needed, like towels, a hair dryer and the heating, which was very nice.

Negative: The rooms are not really soundproofed, we could hear everything going on above us and there was a constant noise coming from one of the heating pipes.

Positive: -Excellent staff. -Very clean. -The hotel offers great value considering its location, facilities, and rooms. -The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

Negative: -The hotel doesn’t have an elevator (this wasn’t a big deal for us). -The hotel is located in the middle of the street, requiring a 10-15 minute walk in either direction to reach public transportation. -It’s a bit out of the city center, and the neighborhood isn’t the best in Berlin.

Negative: I was put in a room on 4th floor -- and there are no lifts.
