Positive: Gerry's place is one of the cleanest and neatest that I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean. The room and "public" areas are spacious, plenty of mirrors, pleasant outlook from the room. Although the place is located on a housing estate, it is a quiet residential area and residents seem very respectful of each other. Sufficient on street parking if you prefer not to use the included parking for reasons of being sure to get out if leaving early. Sunnyhill is within easy reach by car of beautiful landscapes and castles to visit, Porthcawl is particularly lovely as are Ogmore, Nature Reserve at Merthyr Mawr and the coast at Southerndown and onward cliff walks. Superb. Gerry's communication is excellent and she is extremely accommodating.

Negative: Tiny complaint, the quilt was rather heavy and thick and the room, even in early October, is so well insulated, it was rather too hot.

Summary: My work turned into a mini holiday by staying at Gerry's place.

Negative: No parking had to park in another street as there were other guests there too who parked up drive as there’s no room to park in the space said with a big car as not enough room to manouver
