Positive: The owner was very welcoming and the room was scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very quiet area, and a quiet house so I got a good night's sleep.

Negative: There were tea and coffee in the room but no milk so I couldn't have a cuppa tea. The coffee sachets had milk in so I had coffee instead. I could have asked for milk if I wanted but I wasn't that bothered.

Summary: One of the nicest over night stays I've had for my work trips.

Positive: Neat and tidy, just the right size. The large bathroom had a great shower, and the Wi-Fi was brilliantly fast. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room included a microwave, kettle, and tea and coffee – plus a generous helping of Lotus Biscoff biscuits. Fantastic location within walking distance of the station. The area was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely road and neighbourhood. Access was easy, with the host always onsite and available.
