Positive: Great space, reasonably clean, with an amazing view of the sea. Apartment is large with a very nice kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi, hot water, AC all worked well. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Reception staff was helpful and kind. Great location in the middle of the beautiful tourist beach area. Ayampe is a quiet village and the streets roll up at 8 most nights. Not a very social town but it is clean and gorgeous! Found some great restaurants including Los Orishas and Mali.

Negative: Price was a bit high for the apartment but I assume that was because of the time if year. Otherwise I had no complaints.

Summary: Beautiful ocean view in a laidback beach town.

Positive: The view was exceptional! The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great, right in front of the beach and near some small restaurants and tienda.

Negative: Furniture is old and cheap (cupboard, couches).
