Positive: This place puts posh hotels in the shade. Everything is thought about and I mean everything...a wireless phone charger and TV remote on each side of the bed, wine glass holder in the bath. Deep bath which would accommodate 2 with bath towels with RR embossed on them. Even the toilet to roll was decorated with a stamp and wee paper rose on top of spare roll. The room itself was honestly 1st class, the bed was 1st class, big and comfortable. Decorated to a high standard with views of a well appointed garden with the sound of the near by river. Small kitchen in the room which had a hot water maker instead of a kettle, tin of soup in cupboard, nice wee touch for a late night snack no hot breakfast option. But Continental option was lovely, fresh croissants and lovely ham and cheese with a host of fresh fruit and yogurts. Very generously stocked Gillian and Douglas were amazing hosts, felt we could have spent more time with them as there are so welcoming and lovely to be around. 10 out of 10 very relaxing and will return.
Negative: Nothing.. it's that good
