Summary: We had a great time and appreciated finding such a nice stay that was also pet friendly. The host was very communicative and helped when we were having issues getting into the house. We also appreciated the parking permit that was included. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Summary: We paid for two pets to stay with us and the owner accused us of having 3 dogs and tried to charge us additional fees. He has a Ring camera and could easily have verified we only had 2 dogs. He claimed the cleaning lady saw 3 dogs. Based on the wad of chewing gum and dog turd on the floor, obviously the cleaning lady is blind.

Summary: Lots of things to do in walking distance. Very comfortable beds and all necessities provided. Very awesome and would definitely come back. The rooftop fire was amazing too.

Summary: We had a great stay here with our family for a week. The house was equipped and had everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together.There were a couple of small issues during the stay, but Rob was very responsive and communicated well. The problems were fixed promptly, which we really appreciated. We also had an issue with an expired parking pass, and Rob was kind enough to reimburse us for the parking ticket, which showed great customer care.It’s worth noting that this is an older house, so not everything works perfectly or as smoothly as in a brand-new property. That said, everything we needed worked, and it didn’t take away from our stay.Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciated Rob’s responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the week.

Summary: The house is nicely decorated, spacious, and the host was pleasant to deal with. We stayed in early February and enjoyed the aesthetic of the space.However, we ran into a few seasonal challenges. The entrance stairs were covered in snow and ice, which made getting into the house a bit treacherous. Additionally, because the house is older and runs cold, we tried using the provided portable heaters, but they unfortunately tripped the circuit breaker. Luckily I was able to call the host and he responded quickly on how to resolve the issue. We also had trouble with parking. The “free parking” permit wasn't in the cabinet as described, so we couldn't utilize the convenient street parking near the house. Tried messaging host about this issue but did not get back to me. Overall, it's a great space. I would highly recommend it for a stay during the warmer months, but it may need some winter proofing for the colder season.

Summary: Overall this was a good stay. My daughter loved it, which is what mattered the most. Pros: Great location. Short drive to the inner harbor, walking distance to stadiums, great restaurants nearby, awesome roof top area, comfy beds and nice TVs. Cons: Parts of the rooftop fire pit were broken and left laying around on the ground. Parking was a struggle. There was no parking pass left, so I reached out to the owner. He directed me where to go in the basement to find one. It was expired. I informed him of that and he never responded. Was not comforting going to bed not knowing if I would be ticketed or towed. Overall, I would go back if we were accepted.
