Summary: This extraordinary Finca can simply be recommended for a perfect stay with the Family in the vicinity of Santanyi. It is located in a quiet part of Es Llombards and perfectly suitable for one that seeks relaxation without renouncing infrastructure of a village. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far away. The beautiful house is clean and all daily needed equipment is available, even a wine fridge. Exactly as described. The communication with the vendor was also perfectly possible in English and also in German.

Summary: Everthing was very clean, the house is well maintained and equiped. We, especially the kids, very much enjoyed the garden and the pool. All in all we had really good time.

Summary: Loved staying in this villa and would definitely recommend to others. Immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Garden and pool are fantastic. Only down-side was the lack of air conditioning which made sleeping during hot August nights difficult but probably wouldn't be a problem the rest of the year.

Summary: We had a such a lovely stay at this villa. Every thing you need is there with lovely spacious rooms. We appreciated how child friendly and safe the pool and garden were our Grandchild had such fun. Perfect place with children. Close by village with restaurants was great to have and just a short walk. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Jan. The Villa is charming and very well equipped. Located in a quiet village it’s only 10 minutes drive to santanyi town and beaches. Great location. I also really appreciated having the pool fence which meant we could really relax with a fearless 3 year old running around. Katharina was very helpful and always replied quickly to any queries. Highly recommended.

Summary: Our family of four loved this house and enjoyed a lovely holiday. The house is beautifully decorated, everything works perfectly well and is well taken care of. Es Llombards is a little town nearby Santanyí (bi-weekly market, highly recommended), but also very close to Ses Salines and to some beautiful southern beaches. If you don't wish to drive those 25' to Colonia de Sant Jordi and surrounding beaches, Cala Llombards (literally 10' drive) is also delightful, especially in the evenings (water still cristal-clean and great "chiringuito" for easy dinning). The owners and the property managers were always available and keen to answer our questions. Thanks!

Summary: We loved our time at Casa Jan. It is a very beautiful property with loads of charm. The pool is wonderful and I loved seeing our children play at night there. In August Mallorca can be overwhelming with too many tourists and the house was our refuge. Katharina is very accomodating and she will make sure that everything is in order; we particularly loved the welcome package!!! Such a sweet detail. It is located in a small town with a wonderful restaurant. Very convenient to be used as base for a wonderful week on the island. Thank you Katharina, for everything.

Summary: The house is exactly as indicated by the site, everything was perfect and most importantly (to us) child friendly. We were pleasantly welcomed and received quick and good reactions whenever we had questions of any kind. We have chosen this house because it has a secured swimming pool (surrounded by a fence) so our youngest grand son could play safely in the garden without accidentaly falling in the pool. In the house were different brochures with information of all sorts of activities, restaurants, points of interests and general info about Mallorca. In Santanayi, a town nearby, there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal. We recommend to visit restaurant Anoa, very good food in a nice surrounding with friendly people. We know for sure that if we go back to Mallorca, Casa Jan will be our first choice!
