Positive: I like they have a lot of extra beds, walking distance to Megamall and everything, very convenient.

Negative: They have a lot of hidden charges like pay Cash upfront when you check in p150/per guest for utilities, key deposit for p300 and other some fees that are not advertised on their ad. You will receive text after you booked it with all the fees and the booking is not refundable. If you are not prepared or don't have cash in hand then goodluck.

Summary: Be Careful when you book, there are more charges after.

Positive: Location and the ease of checking in/out. It has kitchen supplies and even a washing machine.

Negative: Wear and tear is very apparent. The unit needs some upkeeping. The small roaches (this is a common issue with old condos in the area) need to be addressed. There were close to a dozen that showed up during our stay. Only REGULAR cleaning/disinfecting can address this. Please organize the kitchen cabinets well. The dishes looked like how they were left by the previous occupants. There should not be hidden costs like the utility fee of 150/head. The security deposit was returned hours later via Gcash. This could have been done more efficiently.
