Positive: The apartment is renovated and equipped with quality furniture and all electronic devices. Impeccably clean. The host takes care of the smallest details, which delighted us. He allowed us to stay longer in the apartment. That meant a lot to us because we had a plane at 6pm. All praise, of course we will come back with pleasure again! Highly recommended!❤️

Positive: Perfect stay, clean, comfortable, with an amazing host! I stayed with my family at Roman’s House in June, and we were absolutely satisfied! The host was incredibly kind and always available, often offering helpful suggestions and local tips on his own initiative. The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean and tidy, and fully equipped. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There’s even a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and everything you might need nearby. Public transport is close (bus and tram), so it’s easy to reach the city center. All in all – a solid 10/10, and many thanks to the host! We definitely hope to come back again!

Positive: It was Just Perfect! Clean, modern, climatic rooms, large balcony, in 100m there’s markets, restaurants, gelateria, cafés… everything The hosts were super kind, whenever I wrote to them to ask something they replied within 10 mins. I recommend it to everyone who comes to Rome, the bus stop was 100m away and took us to the city centre.

Positive: Giulio's apartment was perfect for my family. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need, spacious and welcoming. It is in a very good area, full of restaurants, shops, bars, close to the means of transport. Communication with Giulio was very easy and pleasant, he gave us all the details we needed. If we return to Rome we will definitely choose his apartment. I warmly recommend it. Thank you for everything, we had the best time!
