Positive: An amazing place and khaled is a great host. Having coffee in the morning from the rooof, was such a pleasure. They also had a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended !

Positive: The host came to pick us up on the other side of the river and showed us the way to the place:) He was very kind and answered the phone right away always.

Negative: Honestly this is exactly what we thought we booked if not better, there is nothing we did not like. Everything was there, breakfast was amazing, the showers were hot and the beds were comfy.

Summary: It was wonderful, coming back to Aswan I would definitely stay here again:))

Positive: The host is fine. She helps almost everything you need, it’s fine person.

Negative: In terms of offline transactions, more sincerity is needed. Our offline USD payments are even more expensive than online, and the hostess treated us like easy targets, pocketing the platform's service fee for herself. If you're going to transact offline, it's best to negotiate clearly in advance. Moreover, the prices for their other services are shockingly high—charging $10 for a 200-meter shuttle ride is practically treating people like fools. She hardly ever replies to WhatsApp messages unless you send something like, "What’s for dinner?" in advance—then she might respond. Because unless you’re spending extra, she treats you indifferently—unwelcoming and even arrogant.

Positive: Roma house is amazing choice if you don't mind taking ferry to the island and back. Anyhow there is amazing location in the middle of Nile. Room is super clean and beds are comfortable. There is lovely living room also.

Positive: The wifi is very very strong The tour to Abu Simbel provided by this hostel is ok with the price ($25/person with pickup). It starts from 4 am in the morning and come back at 1pm. The hostel is quite near King Jamaica restaurant which provides nice meals. The hotel room is quite small but has 2 single beds so it's Ok for us.

Negative: It is located in Elephantine island so it is too tiring to bring a lot of suitcases on and off the ferry. I wish that I can check this out before booking. The ferry fee is not cheap if you want to leave the hotel before 8am and after 4pm (it will cost 100 EGP more) The landry service is too costly. 5usd/ kg and we had to pay 15 USD for all of our clothes which are washed and dried under the sun in the day we left!

Summary: Tiring and take time for transportation.

Positive: The accomontation was clean, comfortable with aircondation, and the kitchen has a big fridge.The lady owner was very helpful, she made us breakfast and dinner and arrange for us a beautiful private boat tour on the Níle.We were at Agha Khan Mauzoleum, Monastry of St.Simeon ( by camel) and Botanic Garden in Kithener's island and we wisited a Nubián village.
