Negative: The £25 charge from "Pet friendly" hotel. Hendrix woof woof had forgotten his wallet so I had to pay. The charge could have been more upfront before booking instead of having to scroll through questions and answers to find out how much it was. I've been charged £5 before but £25 is ridiculous especially as I we only stayed 10 hours and left too early for breakfast. They should cater for early leavers with simple cold buffet.

Summary: £25 is not pet friendly and no early breakfast.
