Positive: I loved the location and the amenities, it was so good having a place with a washing machine and drier - so convenient! The place was also very clean and roomy!

Negative: I didn’t like that it was on a major street so at night it was very loud and very bright as it didn’t have any blackout but only light blinds.

Summary: Great location, amazing amenities but too loud and bright (no dark at night).

Positive: Really close to the railway and a tram station so easy to get around. Makes it a little noisy regarding traffic but it’s a big city. Place has a nice modern vibe and is spacious with all amenities required in a flat.

Negative: Well everything was fine maybe some minor points like a proper table (the one there was a camping one) with proper chairs would increase the athmosphere

Negative: Noise from the refurbishment of the room below me (hammer drills), of which I had no previous knowledge. If you have heavy luggage, there is no lift and if you're on 4F, that's very hard work.
