Summary: If you are looking for a well equipped, nice mountain lodge in a remote place to enjoy nature, this is a great place. The house is located in the mountains in a spot where you can’t see another house - even though the neighbors are not too far away. You can start hiking right from the door and explore the nearby waterfall, or use it as a starting point to explore Pohorje region. You should be aware that you need to drive some distance on gravel roads but we didn’t have any issues with our car (a family van). The house is well equipped and in good condition. A highlight was the very nice and caring local housekeeper Valentina as well as Tony (the owner) who also took care that we are enjoying the stay.
