Positive: The people that work that was really nice and friendly with goddess.

Negative: I didn't like the fact even though I paid with booking.com but it's still double charged me to as well because they say that they only get a percentage so I didn't understand that part of the routine that I didn't like that I had to pay another $100 deposit which I had already paid through booking.com and I haven't received my $100 yet. They feel like that a booking.com to charge customers more

Positive: The staff was friendly and responsive. The property was tatty, in a poor state of repair, as soon as you left the lobby.

Negative: The property needs a serious investment. Sink faucet was loose, toilet paper dispensor was falling out of the wall, curtains looked like they were shredded by a trapped tiger, lighting has been stripped down to two lamps in the room (online photos show some miraculous paradise of well-lit rooms and real scrambled eggs in the breakfast menu, nooo), upper walkway ceiling had a terrible leak that was gushing rain onto the walkway floor, come on!

Summary: It was suitably restful, the wifi worked, this place could benefit from targeted investment.
