Positive: Gentleman running the place was nice, and we didn't see any bugs.

Negative: Needs a good cleaning, particularly the doors, floors, and walls. Needs updated linens and towels/washcloths. No breakfast of any kind. Prices were jacked up for some festival that was in town that weekend. No way should I have paid $256 for 2 nights. Also, the room we were in was a connecting room blocked off buy a full size fridge. Not sure if door was sealed, but it was locked. Beds were squeaking every move we made.
