Positive: The lady who checked us in was great. Very friendly and easy to work with. The room was clean, cool, and the bed was very comfortable.

Negative: We were excited and anticipating a good breakfast and the breakfast sucked. It was a Sunday morning there were a few scrambled eggs, no meat, no potatoes. There were biscuits but out of gravy. No cream cheese for a bagel. I had cold Raisin Bran and my fiancé had microwave oatmeal! Never seen a staff person the entire time we were eating “breakfast.” And the bathrooms in the main lobby were out of order!!

Summary: Don’t advertise breakfast!

Negative: The door towards the parking lot would not work with the keycard, would turn green but handle would not work

Positive: the bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows! definitely got a good night's rest. I liked that there was breakfast but they never put out more for the late breakfast eaters.

Negative: I reserved the family suite and for that big of a room, there weren't enough outlets! and the light switches didn't make sense. one for the bathroom area was halfway across the room. the bathroom light switch didn't even turn off the lights in the bathroom... they had like no function.

Summary: For a weekend, it's great
