Negative: The room especially bathroom could have used a really really good cleaning. Also there were prostitutes going in and out of the motel all night long.

Positive: I like that the rule was a nice size. It was a quiet area so there wasn’t a lot of noise outside was clean.

Negative: I did not like the fact that they have a limit on the days that a guest can stay if you have pets so if you have pets, you could only stay two days at the facility. I didn’t like that because I felt that you should have let a person that upfront like in your advertisement so that way before they book because if I gotta stay someplace a week and then you’re telling me my pick can only stay two days then that means I have to find another facility for the other three days I didn’t like that. I also did not like that. The pool was closed so you offered to advertise having a pool but then your pool is closed and cannot be used. There was no continental breakfast. They offered coffee only.

Negative: The front desk found a way to keep part of our Deposit .. even tho we were completely out of the room by 11 by the time we get the kids loaded and our boys wheel chair loaded and strapped in it was like 11:14 when we pulled out well dropped the key on our way out .. she didn't want to give my deposit back I said we were out by 11 we got kids loaded and strapped and that's a extra task when you have a handicap child .. I said what did u want me to do let them alone and walk the key up cuz there's no wheel chair ramps to get to office only one is on the back side .. so she only kept half .. ignorant witch
